I am facing issue with the theme from sending the emails for activation of the accounts. I have checked the email configurations and am able to get the test emails successfully using mailster plugin. However, the emails from the theme are not been delivered. I have attached the test email pdf document that I have received successfully here for your reference.

I can see that the password reset email is been sent successfully. But, not the activation email. This is very critical as I am stuck from proceeding further.

In case the problem is related to the email services, I will suggest checking the email sender you are using or even using a SMTP

The problem is not with the email service provider. As mentioned above, I am able to get the test email and also the password reset email. Only, the activation email is not getting triggered.

Ok, so I made a test, I created an account and until here everything is working, I also get the notification to check the email – https://i.imgur.com/ssNBXvO.png and I believe that here is the problem, right? In this situation pleae check the setting under Opt-in Builder > Settings > email – https://i.imgur.com/lk6saBi.png. I am having the same problem. The activation email is not being sent / received. With the solution above, I can not access the images – it says content not viewable in your region ?!! I’m in the UK

Thanks Calin. I can see these two screenshots for your solution and have already followed these. I am getting emails from the website – password reset via WP dashboard – but not from Opt-In Plugin. I have written to Simion just now with login details. I don’t want to add another plugin (i.e WP SMTP) if I can avoid it ! thanks again
