I bought a new Newspaper theme and received all the documentation including the activation code. When I register it, I get a confirmation message “Theme successfully activated” (I can provide a screenshot). However, its status remains “Unregistered”. URL: jbem.xyz

This problem is caused by the object cache that you have on the website.
Please check if you have an object cache file in wp-content, please delete it and try again to activate the license -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
