I bought the newspaper theme and I can not activate it. Entering the license code brings me back to the creation page of an account and as you can see from the screenshot ( http://prntscr.com/kq0snh ), tells me that the email is already registered and I can not activate it. I await your response with confidence.

The email is already registered to this user you are contacting us from. If you want to create another dorum account you will need to use another email. If you hav emultiple theme licenses, you do not have to create separate accounts for each theme purchase. You can add the key to this account like shown at the bottom of this guide:

I’m sorry to write you again. But this theme does not activate. I have also performed the manual procedure but your system reports this error (Manual activation failed). If you want I can provide all the necessary data (including the purchase invoice) and activate it. I await your directions confident.
