Ad background image not showing correctly

Hi there!

We suddenly have a problem with the ad background image. As you can see in the image attached, the ad image doesn’t display properly, but in a small size (I used the left position so you can see what I mean). There’s no problem with the link, but only with the image.

This happened from one day to the next, we never had this problem before. We appreciate your soon reply, as our customer is waiting for the problem to be solved ASAP.

Please make sure that the image is set in full size -> https://i.imgur.com/jA8l71o.png also please check our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-introduction/
If there is still a problem, please provide me a link to your website to can inspect the problem.
