Trying to make changes and all we get are spinning saving animation, will not stop saving. Was trying to ad adsense code, that didn’t work, so just tried a simple change in dashboard and save thinking maybe code issue, nope, still won’t get off of spinning save animation. Cleared cache and even shutoff firewall on wordfence thinking maybe that would be an issue as it was a new addition, no fix.
To follow up with more info, it’s all dashboard changes. hitting save in any section just gets spinning icon, no saves will go through

If you are using Newspaper please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide.

So we had an issue with max_input_vars not being high enough, we followed directions as stated above. We are hosting on siteground, does that impact anything or require any special configuration? Please see the below info under php.ini, don’t see that item featured in shared picture. Oddly everything seemed to be working fine until I did the internal verification of purchase, maybe something else happened as well, but thought I’d mention that. I had installed wordfence but i’ve deactivated that as well, issue of not being able to save anything in theme panel remains.
