What could be wrong? I tried adding my ad here https://paste.pics/GPCBT but when I click on save it won’t save, it just loads like that forever for no reasons. I also have an issue with the media section relating to this, when I click on “insert to post” any media it doesn’t insert. it just returns to the page without making any changes.

If the problem is related to the theme panel when you click on save button there is an infinite loading icon, then most probably something it is blocking the admin-ajax request, this can be checked using the console.

In case that you checked all those and the problem persist, please contact us via email (contact@tagdiv.com). Make a full backup for your website and provide wp-admin and cPanel access via email and provide as many details as you can about the problem.
