Hello I need help regarding two thing
1. How to make an article always stay on top. I have used the visibility always on top ontion but still its not coming at top
2. How to add subtitle below the main title ( kind of summary of the article )

1. If you want to display a block with the same article on top, then you should use a cloud template, add a flex block and set the ID of the post as filter. Please make sure you do not have any offset.
2. I think you are referring to a table of content. Unfortunately, we do not have any tested table of contents plugin with our theme.
You can test/use a plugin which is suitable for your needs, but please take care for a future plugin conflict.
