How can I add custom text after posts titles, like custom price (float: right;) ?

Is that text specific to each post or a general text? if it’s different for each post in the post page you could use the subtitle field – http://prntscr.com/mgebej
If it’s general you could use a cloud post template and add it in the template, below the post title element – http://prntscr.com/mgeczp
In module it may not be so easy. It will require modifications to the module file in order for it to display new data. These are the module files – http://prntscr.com/mgee37

You can place the subtitle anywhere possible while editing the post template in the composer.
Using cloud post templates it is possible to re-arrange the subtitle element and all other elements within a post template
