Adding Menu with default post causes Error at zones: 5(models) : 6(dom)

If I change my menu by adding this:

Then NONE of the pages that has my menu will load in TagDiv editor anymore, they All fail with this error:

Error at zones: 5(models) : 6(dom). The model does not match the content

I think because the top level menu is in the header, and the header fails to load this type of menu item !!!

If I remove the menu again, they work again, everything loads.

How can I make this work?

Hi,

In order to fix the error at rows: n(models): m(dom) please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Also please check the php version to be 7/7.1/7.2
Please add this code in the .htaccess , file at the end of the file:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c> SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M </IfModule>

Thank you for your understanding!

Yup, my site is up to date, didn’t help. My site is running IIS, so .htaccess is not used.

Hi,

Please try with a page that have only some text in it, and set it in menu page, also use the # instead of / ->https://www.screencast.com/t/7QF0eaKq0Teu

If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thank you!
