We are using newspaper theme, and ‘Single Template – Pulses Pro’ for all our website and we want to use the same template for all our website structure.
We have tested the solution provided through: https://forum.tagdiv.com/adding-multiple-authors-articles on our DEVELOPMENT website, one article while updating required files – https://dev.transcontinentaltimes.com/testing-coauthor.html – We can see that changes are working correctly on normal template.
Here is the sample of our article: https://dev.transcontinentaltimes.com/testing-multiple-authors-to-articles-through-cloud-template-pulses-pro.html – We wanted to see changes here on this articles which is not working. Here are two authors: 1. Yogesh , 2. Autumn
But, our expectation are to use Single Template – Pulses Pro (Cloud Template) which is by default for all our articles.
Could you please let us know in newspaper child theme, which files need to be modified for ‘Adding multiple authors to articles through Cloud Template’.
Hope after updating theme this customisation should not impact.

Unfortunately at the moment this option is not available and requires custom work which is not covered by the support team. This option here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/adding-multiple-authors-articles/ Works only on standard templates.

It is very unfortunate to hear that. I believe this is the bug in theme and hope you guys will consider this enhancement as a part of the solution in the next release.
As you mentioned it requires custom work, what is the process, and what are the additional charges for work! As we have two requirements.
1.Adding multiple authors to articles through Cloud Template.
2.Auto Adding Editor name as ‘Edited by’ after author field through Cloud Template.
Kindly suggest the best way to achieve with minimal price, if custom work required.

1.I think that for multiple authors for articles using the cloud templates it can be achieve using a plugin here is an example for a plugin that it possible to work -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/molongui-authorship/
2. this request can be achieve only with custom work and you need to make a request for it here and a developer will reply to your questions -> https://tagdiv.com/web-development-services/

If we install this molongui-authorship, So we don’t have to follow any steps from here like, adding code in function.php and custome CSS, explained in https://forum.tagdiv.com/adding-multiple-authors-articles
Only installing plugin will work?

Some of our users used this plugin and with it they were able to set more authors to the same post without extra coding, now this is not a tested plugin and I can not say for sure that will work 100%.
