Hi,
You can add your custom ad size here – https://www.screencast.com/t/WhbeBdHcYM3j as Catalin suggested in the last reply from the topic provided above.

here is the link http://imgur.com/a/pPQrr
right is on the theme panel and left is the code
Hi,
I have tried it like this and the custom ad size it displaying properly – https://www.screencast.com/t/j0BLMPLY19 and the theme panel – https://www.screencast.com/t/koKO91v3cIiw Maybe it is a cache issue, try clearing it.
Thanks
I see something is wrong with mine
you see the code has the 970 x 250 by default but at the theme when i try to edit size 970 x 250 doesn’t exist
Hi,
That is a default ad size so it should be there from the start, and the code used in the theme file seems valid. Try to disable all the plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache and purge cdn files if used. Also check any custom code you might have entered in theme panel or added to the theme files, and deactivate the child theme if you have one.
Thanks
i tried everything but nothing works =(
any suggestion?
Hi,
Well if you have tried to enter the missing ad size or a new one in the theme corresponding file, it should display in the theme panel. When you add this size in the file, then save it and re-enter it is it still there? I still believe it is a cache issue or the modifications are not saving for some reason, try deactivating all cache plugins and also check to see if the host you are using has a server side cache. If nothing works, I can only suggest a fresh theme install – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thanks
i have tried everything even updated my theme to 7.8 but the ads sizes are not showing
Hi,
I do not what could be the problem in this matter if you have tried all these suggestions. What you are saying is that any modification you are doing to that respective file is not saving? Maybe you do not have permission to edit the theme files. I think that if you still wan to have a different ad size then the available ones, maybe you should find a plugin that can do this for you, and also is compatible with the theme. Some users are using the Adrotate plugin with proper results. You can try this plugin and see if it is what you are looking for your website.
Thanks
