Did you have tried to change the header style and check the Ad position? This functionality has been defaulted set up and it should be changed, sorry! Provide some useful screenshots of the error.

Unfortunately, all of these customizations involve doing such a custom work and we cannot provide something like this at the moment, sorry! By default, notice that we have a big list with header styles which can be used by you. So, if you need to customize them, you should do it yourself through the theme core files.
