I have checked your website and I saw that you are using the module 3. If you want to change the font-size and other options for this module, please notice that you can do that from your Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/XnrxNq1bD

The steps above referring to how you can change the font size for Modules/Blocks font and if you want to change it and for the post title, check here -> http://screencast.com/t/t6nbSnAAr and from here you will affect the post title font.

If you want to know what type of template you are using, you will have to use your Inspector, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/uGfWcCSp6 and if you want to change the fonts for this type of module you will have to check your Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/x0t3HKw3
