Unfortunately, I do not see any screenshot, but I think that you are referring to those icons -> https://i.imgur.com/Egvq0F7.png those are coming from the ajax pagination -> https://i.imgur.com/IT5gylN.png if you want to change only the icon it can be done using a css, just replace the icons in this code:
.td-icon-menu-right:before {
content: '\e808';
}
.td-icon-menu-left:before {
content: '\e807';
}
The code need to be set in the theme panel > custom code> custom css.

The code is working, but you set the same icons, the code that I provide is with the current icons that are used, you need to replace them -> https://i.imgur.com/9pDIqdo.png
Also, if you want to add pagination, then this is not possible. The pagination is only on loop elements that are part of templates (page template, category template…)

If the homepage was made using the tagDiv Composer, then you can select the blocks that you want to have a pagination and set it from the filter tab -> https://i.imgur.com/GjFGSc5.png
The numbered pagination can be added only by selecting the page template on the “Page builder + latest articles + pagination”.
