Thank you so much for keeping patience. We have analyzed the server logs to identify high resource usage in your server. We found out that the most common queries running in your server are from admin ajax. We saw the huge number of hits for the following URL in your website:
/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?td_theme_name=Newspaper&v=9.0.1
Also, when the requests are being hit on the above URL CPU spikes higher and memory starts to increase. We highly appreciate if you check with the theme developer to suppress the load for this call. The theme does use ajax for many elements. Ajax issues usually come from excessive usage of features that use ajax, like block pagination, ajax block filtering etc. Some similar topics

You could take this into account, also maybe try the plugin mentioned. Then monitor the situation to see if there are improvements.
