I have requested our server tech to analyze our server bandwidth jump and this was their finding.
Analyzing the logs from yesterday, I am noting that the largest contributor to traffic is post requests to http://www.nguoi-viet.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?td_theme_name=Newspaper&v=7.5 from a variety of IP addresses, which contributed to around 20G of traffic. Are you familiar with that URL and or its function? The rest of the traffic appears to be largely legitimate.

Please keep in mind that the Admin Ajax is used by our theme to request the Server and may of the features theme uses this way to query the server. Also, if you want to reduce the requests for your server, you simply disable the features which use this, like
->Blocks/Modules, block pagination, etc.

Is there a way to log/query admin-ajax to figure out which particular features of Newspaper theme we need to trim down?
Basically you need to trim down the block ajax options meaning the blocks pagination and ajax filters: https://www.screencast.com/t/dJiJC0KA7lWD
If all your blocks contain these elements, then you will get lots of admin-ajax requests
Also make sure you do not use too many different types of blocks.
