Our admin area is loading very slowly and frontend while logged in is also loading super slow. Everything is loading fast for normal users (not logged in). If we disable the tagdiv composer plugin everything works super fast again in the backend.
Can you help me fix this?

Please make sure that all theme requirements are as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also, please make a test disable all plugins except tagDiv plugin and see if there are some improvements or not.

Everything was according to the requirements you sent. Memory limit was 40M but I asked to increase it to max, 512M, and it seems to have had no affect. Still loading very slowly. Previously we also isolated each plugin to see which one it was having this effect and its definitely tagDiv composer.
Can you / do you want to login to my admin area to experience it? I can also put up a sandbox/dev area if you want.

Try to do these steps as quickly as possible, so your visitors do not notice the process:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
After these steps, if the problem is still there, then please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin, so we can investigate this issue. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
