Till I update on the last version 6.6.2, I have no confirmation button in the theme panel.
And all parts under MISC disapear.

I try to deactivate Sumo but change nothing.

Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and try the theme panel again. If this does not fix it, then please try to install the theme again via FTP https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ as something might have gone wrong upon updating.

I deactivate all plugin and nothing change.
Of course my theme is new.
Do you think I have to update Visual Composer (I have the 4.7.4) to change this?

You should update visual composer to the latest version but i do not think it will affect the theme panel. Please try to download the theme again and install it via ftp. https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

I just put vua FTP the last theme for the 2 times and put the last JS Composer.
And all works!
Very strange.
The image size problem is not fix so I send you an email with the admin info.
