Please provide some more details about the footer template that you are using, this is a default style or a footer page -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
Unfortunately we didn’t tested the ad inserter plugin with our theme, therefore we can not say for sure if this will work correctly with our theme or not, sorry!! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/ , for this you’ll need custom work.

What you can do is to check the settings from that plugin, also the only thing that I can do to help you is to provide you a custom css to hide the ads on footer, but for this will need a link where I can inspect those ads that appear in footer.
