The theme panel option for the inline ads refers for standard templates, and you have a single post template from cloud that needs to be edited using the tagDiv Composer, there you can select the post content and add you ads in inline ads section – https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-template-ads/ – https://i.imgur.com/7Vnpbg2.png

Thats fine, but I am not finding any thing where i can place inline article ads, please help
Yes but could not find any option wherein inline articl ad can be placed in between the post paragraphs, it is either coming on the top or at the bottom
