Hi,
I have inspected your site but the ad code is present: http://screencast.com/t/RAd8jKNU68 The theme does it;s job in rendering the ad code but it seems the ad is not delivered by google. You can try a simple image ad and see if that gets displayed. If you still have issues with adsense you can contact google and let them know about the issue.
Thank you!
Like i mentioned on the screen shot that there is ads, (its not blocked by google as there is ads – http://prnt.sc/c4xozd ) , but it has been not showing when i see the post, i dont understand where we are going wrong , as i already shown you that there is ads on the site
Hi,
Please use thew ‘adrotate’ plugin to test this out. This way you are eliminating the theme ad system and using the plugin. If adrotate will display the ads, it means there is a theme related issue. If adrotate is not able to show the ad as well, then it’s a google issue. Please do this so we can rule out any theme conflicts. You can also try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files so you can rule out a plugin conflict as well.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
As you said to use the plugin ‘adrotate’ and i found that there is ads are available on the plugin – http://prnt.sc/c6izfx , i think there is bug in the theme which is blocking the ads coming on the page as you can see here, ads are still serving by google – http://prnt.sc/c6j09j , but its blocking rending the theme , please look into it, as m losing my revenues and i have also considered ur suggest of using the plugin.
Thank you, hoping for your revert soon!
Hi,
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate this issue. please also include a link to this topic.
Thank you!
Same thing is happening with me. Ads not showing on only one post, rest all ads are working fine.
You can check this link : Ground Zero. For rest of the posts, its working fine. Do let me know if you find the resolution.
Hi,
The problem mentioned in this topic seems to have been a caching related issue. Right now your post displays the ads properly: http://screencast.com/t/Nu5Nn0b3o
Please make sure you check all cache settings and only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thank you!
Hi.
Apparently same problem for me. Mine is not a cache issue, because my site is still in development and WPSC isn’t activated right now. Neither theme options panel or adrotate Ads are showing, but code is present in both cases. I’ve sent you admin access to your email.
Thanks 🙂
Hello,
Our theme was designed to work with adsense. But there are a few new releases from adsense we have not yet added implementation for. Our theme is compatible with the standard adsense ad but some ads will require further implementation like the page-level ads for example. they need a piece of code added in header.php. Please provide the tyope of ad you want to implement as maybe it needs extra implementation options than the theme panel ad spot.
Thank you!
Hi. I´m also facing issues with ads.
All ads display correctly except the sidebar ads in single posts. The strange thing is that the sidebar is the same I use in the main page, where it works correctly.
I doesn´t seem a cache problem because header and article bottom ads are showing correctly in single posts.
Please help!!
Hi
The theme can’t control ad’s content, it only render the code and if there is any output sent by the ad provider will be displayed on the page. As can be seen in this screen: http://screencast.com/t/D3GENBmf9 the theme render the ad code but there is no output to be displayed.
Thanks!
Hi Andrei. I see what you see, but I´m very confused here. The same Ad code, in the same widget, in the same sidebar works on pages but not in posts. It doesn´t seem an ad server problem but a template or DFP plugin problem. That´s my chain.
Any clues on this?
Thanks!
Solved the issue. If someone faces the same problem, the conflict was because I used the same Ad inventory inside the post body when in mobile and in the sidebar when in desktop. That seems to be responsible for the trouble.
Just created a new inventory in DFP and it worked fine.
Thanks for your assistance.
Same here, with the following Ads format:
<div class="td-all-devices">
<script src="http://bs.serving-sys.com/BurstingPipe/adServer.bs?cn=rsb&c=28&pli=21692801&PluID=0&w=728&h=90&ord=[timestamp]"> </ script>
<noscript>
<a href="http://bs.serving-sys.com/BurstingPipe/adServer.bs?cn=brd&FlightID=21692801&Page=&PluID=0&Pos=276076648" target="_blank"> <img width="728" height="90" /> </a>
</ noscript>
</ div>
Lo desactivé por unos dias y al intentar utilizarlos otra vez, no se muestran.
El sitio es: https://informeautomotor.com
Ad position: Header & Sidebar (under Trucks)
Thanks!
