When I insert a page break in an article, a problem with ads occurs.
The main page of the article shows ads perfectly, however in the next page of the same article (with page break), it doesn’t show any ads -mind you that a “/2/” gets added to the main address bar.
Your help is appreciated.

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please make sure that you set the last version of child, also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Thank you for all the details!
So I came to the right conclusion after some testings and research.
The problem is sometimes ads show and times they don’t. IDK why, is it because I’m new to Adsense? Is there’s a way I can force adsense crawling on my site?

Did you tried to see if you do not have any plugin conflicts? also you can make a test, set a banner instead of ads and check if those appear on both pages or not, if these appear theme the problem is from some plugins or ads.
