I applied for google adsense but google rejected for policy violation. I reach few developer and they are saying that theme is the reason for adsense rejection. But I am not sure how theme is triggring google. Can you verify that theme is causing this issue.

Yes, all seems to be fine. In the cloud templates, you should add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Or you can use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer and there you need to add the ads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
If you want to use auto ads(are displaying randomly in your website), then they should be placed in the Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes.
