I want use Adsense Matched Contents ads unit in the place of Related Posts section of Newspaper theme. How can I do so? The ads must be shown in between the Social Share buttons and Comment Form.

Hi,
If you use a cloud post template you can simply place an ad box in that location, then enter the ad code in it – http://prntscr.com/o5tbua
Cloud templates can be edited/created with the composer, the post elements can be arranged or positioned as you needed.
There are some templates created by us which can be imported, or you can design your own
