May I know whether we able to restrict advertisements (Ad Box) to a specific page or URL when using this theme?

Hello !
Unfortunately this option is not available. You can create another single post template without the adbox and add it on the pages where you do not want your ads to show up.

Hello !
You can show or don’t show ads on your post page by using single posts templates.
You can create 2 templates. One with ads and one without. So you can setup templates according to your tastes.
