1. after Newspaper 6.7.1 install,

May i update wordpress 4.5?

2. May i update only 3 file replace when upload style.css, includes\td_config.php, includes\plugins\js_composer.zip?

otherwise

all theme’s file re-upload?

Hi,
The new version of the theme only updated the plugins. There is no other change, so if you update only your plugins: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ you will be all set.
You can update to the new version of WP as the issues with visual composer werre fixed in the current version.

Does it means that we don’t need to update the theme and we can only update the plugins using the on you provides ?

Yes, you can update only the Visual Composer to the latest version (VC 4.11.2).
