Please make sure you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active.

Try to do these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

Thanks for the quick response. I’ve checked your screenshot and my .htacess file has that snippet of code.
As well, I followed your directive and deleted the TagDiv Composer, and reinstalled it. No caching plugin exists. I dd clear browser, site, and server cache. Still nothing. Please advise.

Hi alejandroman, if the infinite loading appears after you click on save settings from theme panel, then most probably you have an admin-ajax.php error, check the console to see if you get some errors.
Normally, admin-ajax.php is blocked by modSecurity from host, it can be from firewall or other security modules/plugins.
If you can not manage the situation, we can do it for you, for this, make a full backup and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com provide wp-admin and cPanel, also provide as many details as you can about the problem.
