I’ve tried emailing but haven’t had any response. Please can someone look into this asap. I’ve checked with my hosting company and they cannot fix the issue. It seems others are having this issue as well.
I receive an ajax error when trying to install the demos.
Please can you help me resolve this asap.

Sorry, but we do not work on weekends, maybe that is why you did not receive an email. Sometimes emails go into the spam section, that is why we usually recommend our users to include a link to this topic so we can search for the url on our email client and find your request earlier. Please try a few of these methods posted here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/installing-demo-problem/ and if you still cannot get it to work please try to send us an email again and include a link to this topic so we can identify you. Please also specify you wrote the other one as most of the times the username from this forum does not resemble the email address we receive the request from and it is impossible to determine who is who…
