I am trying to install this theme, but everything I keep getting an Ajax error saying it cannot connect to server due to a reconfiguration on the server. Any idea how to fix this?
How are you trying to install it? When do you get the error?
Normally you would install from your theme panel and upload the zip from your hard drive. Theme does not control that. You would use the single newspaper.zip file, not the all files zip.
Or, install via FTP by unzipping the files on your HD then upload with software like Filezilla.

No this is happening to me too. I just purchased and you can install the theme, but if you try to install the theme templates or manually make a homepage with visual editor nothing is working.

Unfortunately this error could come from a big number of problems. I believe it happens due to a server configuration which is not responding, it could be due to a delay or it could also be a temporary issue so you can try this a few times and if you still get this error please contact your host provider and let him know about this, ask them to unblock our demo in order to retrieve the theme data. It could also happen due to your wp install or other plugins might also cause this. Also make sure that your permission for the upload folder are set correct. You can check this by trying to upload an image in media library. If the process succeeds then the permission are ok. If not you can use the c-panel to change permissions (set them to 777) or if you do not have access to the cpanel, please contact your hosting provider.
