Ajax view count is not working on my website

Hello,

Ajax view count is not working well on my website.

It is calculating very small digits when I have big traffic.

I have more than 4000 views to this page:

And counter showing just this:

I have installed WP Super Cache plugin on my website.
And nothing more special.

Please help to turn it to the work.

You likely will need to change your settings for WP super cache per the theme docs.

Since hitting refresh on the page does not show an increment when page is reloaded, it’s not working properly due to your caching setup.

Hi @Nick

Please make sure that you set up the cache plugin according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also make sure that the ajax view counter is enabled; http://screencast.com/t/jUR9ovODS You can also try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again.

I’ve changed my WP Super Cache setting and I think it is working right now.
