Hi, I got saveral questions about new plugin TagDiv CL.
1. Why I can’t see Import button? (I must zoom out to -80% to display import buttom)
2. Why Installing TD CL template take too long? even can’t be imported
3. While try to edit TD Cloud Library tamplate, it show message “Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!” and loading process keep rolling.
4. When try to Share article with share button, it show “Full Featured Image https://irfan.id/tdb_templates/single-post-template-20/”, not showing article it self please take a look here https://irfan.id/ingin-investasi-saham-tapi-tidak-punya-npwp-begini-caranya/

1)Make sure that you have the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case.
2,3)Check your system status to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
4)Notice that if you want to manage the featured images which will be displayed when you share a post with Facebook you should use the Seo Yoast plugin, like this -> https://yoast.com/wordpress-seo/ Here is talking about an og:image.

I’m having the same issue but my server settings respect the guide that Catalin provided. I’m still trying to find out the issue. If anyone has fixed this, please share your solution here, thanks.

I finally fixed the issue. I still don’t know exactly what fixed it, but i can tell you that i activated the debug function ( define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true ); ) and then edited some codes in wp-config.php (codes for wordpress autosave_interval and revisions: moved in the right position, above the comment /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ ) and changed some things in the configuration file of pool php-fpm (located in “/etc/php/7.0/fpm/pool.d/www.conf”, i edited child process settings: max, start, min and max spare).

Thanks for your sugesstion. But, it doesn’t work for me. Changing WP_DEBUG true mess up my blog.
The debug function should not broke your website. You should see a white/grey space on the page’s header (under the WordPress administration bar) with something written in it (only if there’s something to debug). This is its function.
Furthermore you must pay attention where you put the debug activation code, it must be in wp-config.php before the comment text I wrote in my last post.
