Please make sure that this is not a cache problem or an object cache, please clear all cache and check to see if the problem persist, if yes, then please disable all non theme plugins make sure that there is no cache left and check again.

We tested only WP Super cache https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also some users are using the WP Rocket cache plugin, unfortunately, this is not tested and we do not know the right settings.
