Amazing Theme! But after setup my page speed is very low.

First of all i am very exited about Newsmag theme 🙂 Really exited 🙂

Unfortunately now after first setup my page works in very low speed level:
27 / 100 mobile
35 / 100 desktop

I am not advanced user and i don’t know how to improve my page speed.
Have you any solutions for beginners?

Test one of your post pages at GTmetrix.com as this will give you very good beginner instructions on what/how to fix the basic stuff — much better than Google’s help (or lack thereof). 🙂

Please use our theme documentation and follow the instructions provided in our page speed guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-speed-guide/
Please note that recently we have tested the theme withe the Wp Super Cache plugin so we recommend it instead of the W3 Total Cache which has lot’s of settings and it’s more difficult to be used properly. Make you use the default settings for the Wp super Cache.
If you don’t have basic coding experience and you’re not aware of the steps you need to do regarding page speed we suggest you get an experienced wp user to do it for you.

Hello Guys,

This was a crazy day. Results the same in my page speed field 🙂 But what an expierence… 🙂

After i change the function file as Cris advice i lost control over my admin. For some moment all what i saw in front of me was blank admin page 🙂 But page in browser works good for some reasons, even GTmetrix show results as 100 / 100 and 100 / 100. Google Speed Test show eror to fetch page. I lost control over site 🙂 Than i realise that i can change back function file through file manager. I start go step by step as Andrei advice: https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-speed-guide/ but all about JS for me is too new and i am in the same place where i start 🙂

Anyway Guys, thanks a lot for your time and my first experience in WP speed world.
