I am using Mobile theme with AMP, here are the list of issues that I am facing with AMP version
1. Auto ads (Adsense) are not working, both code are applied in proper places.
2. Main Menu page are not displaying.
3. Footer menu pages are not displaying.

Your AMP Ads are being displayed perfectly. Also the menu works. For the footer pages, you will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme.

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme.
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Hiii,
I have an issue with AMP version.
ads are displaying on link ending with ?amp. Without ?amp ads are not displaying.
Kindly let me know how can I redirect link on mobile device to amp pages with prefix ?amp.
