AMP Issues

Hi

Is there a known issue with AMP, has I got the following message from Google AMP after updating the Newspaper theme:
Search Console has identified that your site is affected by 5 AMP issues:

Top Errors

Errors can prevent your page or feature from appearing in Search results. The following errors were found on your site:

Custom JavaScript is not allowed.

Tag found outside the document head which is only allowed as a direct child of the document head.

Only amp-boilerplate and amp-custom ‘style’ tags are allowed, and only in the document head.

The parent tag of tag ‘html (transformed)’ must be ‘!doctype’.

A mandatory AMP HTML tag is missing from this document.

Since I updated the latest update of newspaper, May 28 there has been considerable drop in traffic in the past 4 days. Any help would be appreciated.
