I recognized a very strange problem trying to open amp pages on my website. It’s now showing the mobile theme, It contains some errors and it does not pass google amp verification tool.
Here’s an example
https://www.tuttowrestling.com/news/charlotte-flair-censurata-durante-money-in-the-bank/amp/
Is there a way I can try to fix the issue? Thanks
Edit: of course it is NOT showing.. I wrote “now”, but the right term is “not”
Hello!
Your page is distorted. The issue is from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Please check if you have WP Bakery and uninstall it.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello, I’ve deactivated all plugins, except tagdiv and of course AMP. The cache has been deleted inside the plugin, inside redis and inside cloudfare. I’ve also tried to reinstall version 11 of the theme using the panel.
But after all, still no effect
Hello,
The amp implementation in our theme require the ? to can check the amp version -> https://i.imgur.com/oWkUsVC.png -> https://i.imgur.com/sN5kHdZ.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/ so from the link provided above, you don’t have to set the amp like in our documentation.
Also, are you using another plugin for an amp or the one that is included in the theme package?
Thank you!
You were absolutely right: setting the amp option for paired url option to legacy transitional (?amp) is the solution. It works perfectly
Is there any way to let the theme work also with path suffix (/amp)? This could solve a issue I have with another plugin.
Just a note, I tried using the /amp/ slug and ran into the issue with pages not generated properly and then found this, I think you might want to make this more prominent that only the /?amp=1 is an option. Perhaps a little notation on the Mobile Theme settings? Just a thought.
Hello,
@elvisfrog
The structure for the link will be constructed differed by Google, the /?amp=1 is only for tests.
@steinseba
Please provide more details about your issues with AMP on your server.
