Amp settings go missing when I activate mobile theme

Yesterday I was testing something and deactivated the amp and mobile theme plugin. And now when i am activating the mobile theme, the amp plugin goes missing and the settings option is also not there in the plugins section.

I’m sorry but I don’t fully understand what issue you have, please provide screenshots and video.
Normally, if you have the AMP and mobile theme plugins activated then should look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/uqv3YfL.png

When the mobile theme is activated, the amp settings get vanished and i don’t have the amp applied.
