Unfortunately I can’t use the mobile theme, as it doesn’t take TagDiv composer. It’s basicaly a theme for posts, not pages. However the support told me that the only way to speed up the NewsMag on mobile was to use the mobile theme.
Therefore my question : is there an alternative to the mobile theme to get in the green zone with Google page speed insight ?

We’ve done all this, but it looks like the theme has a lots of JS. I compared my site’s speed with the TagDiv templates displayed on Theme Forest, same result : not over 45 on Page Speed Insight.

Indeed id you use the responsive version you lose sped on that page, but if you follow the above topics you should be able to get a good score.
Also if you want you can make a test and use only the theme plugins after you optimize your website and make a page speed test, after that try will all your plugins and check the results (is possible to have external links/resource and these will take longer until will be loaded).
