An error of type E_ERROR was caused

Since the last problem, I restored a back up from a couple of days ago and then was alerted by this email

I have the latest version of WordPress 5.4

An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 2070 of the file
/home/****/web/mysite.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_util.php.

Error message: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried
to allocate 36864 bytes)

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
