If you want to have a different language on your website you can use the option for translate from theme panel => https://www.screencast.com/t/hZbZ2EiBG or if want to add the second language, for example, English and Chinese then you must use a multi-language plugin. We recommend WPML plugin, if you don’t want this plugin, there are other free plugins, but are possible to be untested with our theme.

Thank you for your support. Is this your mentioned plugin? If yes, it says it run on WooCommerce. My web site does not have WooCommerce.

Is not need for the WooCommerce plugin. The WPML and WooCommerce are two separate plugins.
The WooCommerce is for the shop (eCommerce solution) and the WPML is the WordPress Multilingual Plugin.
