I see in your screenshots are display some social icons (I believe those can be used for share the articles), if so our theme has the socials from – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-sharing/ if you need more or some socials that are not provided by our them then you can try one of those plugins:

Hi urishtaujjain, we can only guide you how to use the theme with the already implemented options (support policy -https://i.imgur.com/AmwPYmI.png), in case that those doesn’t exists and if there is a plugin that can be used we suggest to try it, this is all we can do.
