Hi,
A number of themes are giving amp theme with the package and users can use ads like the desktop theme. Can I expect the same from Newspaper?

It could be a possibility, but I could not provide you an definite answer. Currently an optional mobile theme plugin is included, optimized for performance on mobile devices
