Reaching out as most of my websites are facing this error.
I checked and I have all required parameters requested for this kind of issue. I checked the set up of all websites and they all match your criterias. Enough memory and all options are OK.
Please find below the information from the error while trying to create a new cloud template.
All the versions of PHP are concerned.
I tested with newspaper 9.7.4, 9.8, 10.1.

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit
