Article inline ad not going away no matter what I change

Hi, I am getting an article inline ad (not google adsense) that I created months ago appearing when I enabled inline ads. I’m trying to put a new ad in, but it wont appear no matter what I do.

I’ve removed caching plugins, I’ve restarted my server, I’ve disabled cache on the server and it’s still not working.

It seems like something is stuck in the database for the inline ad. Even if I change the text for for the ‘Ad title’ it still doesn’t work.

Any suggestions as to what I can try?

Hello !

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

Let us know the results.

Thank you !

No plugin conflict it’s still occurring with basically everything removed. The website is on a powerful server and I’ve done what’s asked in the system stuff long ago. All of it still checks out.

I’ve tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling. Still no luck 🙁

And all caches are cleared. I’ve tried private browsing and virtual browsers.

Something is 100% stuck.

The tag’s classes for the inline ad are “.td-a-ad id_inline_ad0 id_ad_content-horiz-left”

If that can give you anything. But nothing I’ve put in the in line tab work.
