You can use any YouTube videos as row background. Indeed it seems that the video background on mobile does not start automatically. It should be the same as on desktop. I will add this on our list and it will be fixed as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.

For the aspect ratio there is no requirement, try a few videos and check the results. The construction demo uses this video for example

All the theme elements are responsive. The issue with the video not playing on mobile will be fixed.

The video editor asks which aspect ratio the theme is using, example 1:2., 2:3.
That differs because of the zooming.
