Hi,

Please provide more details about the problem you are having with the author box, and a link to your website if it is relevant to your issue. To configure this element you just need to enter the user Id number in the required field, or multiple user Id’s for the authors box.

You can find the author Id for example by hovering the respective user in the users screen

It should work properly once the valid Id is entered. Please provide more details about what exactly happens after you enter the Id and save, then update the page. Try clearing any caching installed after configuring the author box, maybe a a cache is preventing the author box from displaying.

Hi,

If you want to enter the admin Id in the author box, this does not display the Id in the normal way. Try entering the value 1 in the required field in order to use the admin in the author box. For all other users you can find the Id as shown above.
