Hi,

Please check you internet connection, and please make sure that the tagDiv Cloud Library is activate

Also please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower.

All other cloud templates are working except the authors page. And my internet connection is working fine. And the minimum requirements are also correct.
