Automatic Translations Not Working

Hello,

I purchased the theme today excited with the ability to automatically translate the content into french (as my website is french). Unfortunately, it’s not working. When I choose the language and press ‘load translations’ then save in the theme panel, nothing happens.

What can I do to resolve this?

Hello,

Please make sure you use the latest theme version. Use this guide to update if needed: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
The make sure your memory allocation is done properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ and also check without plugins. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hi,

I have done everything asked, and it’s still not working.
Do you by any chance have the full translation in text format? If so, I don’t mind copy/pasting the translations myself.

I found the solution, Google Chrome was blocking the script.
