Hi,

The background ad is working properly in the new theme version. First check if the background ad is set right – https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-ads/
Then please try disabling all your plugins except the ones provided in the theme package, clear any caching installed and check any custom code you might have entered in theme panel, or added to the theme files.

Hi,

Then something must be preventing the background ad from working properly. I have tested this on the new theme version and it works fine. Maybe you have custom code or have made theme modifications. Please try to install the theme again using this method
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Then while having only plugins from the them package active, test again. If it still does not work for you, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic, so we can identify you.
