Background image shows on 404, not on other pages/categories

Hi there, I am using the black theme, with header 36. I have set page / category content to stretch + content. The background image shows up and looks great on 404 pages, but not on anything with live content. Any ideas? Thanks!

I have some issues with the cloud library as well – templates don’t show up. I can access them through the admin bar editor so it’s not critical but it’s a little inconvenient.

Hi,

Please make sure that you set the background image like in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-introduction/

Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

If there are still some problem please provide some more details and some screenshots.
